🎞️ Logo Animation Terms – Mariposa Marketing, LLC

All logo animations provided by Mariposa Marketing, LLC are custom-designed digital assets tailored to your brand and vision. Please review the terms below before commissioning work:

✅ Revisions Included

Each logo animation includes:

• Two (2) complimentary minor revisions, such as timing adjustments, color tweaks, or font refinements.

⚠️ Major Revisions

Requests that involve:

• Redesigning the animation concept

• Swapping core visual elements

• Changing animation style or direction mid-process

…may be considered major revisions and are subject to an additional fee, quoted based on complexity.

❌ Refund Policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of our logo animations:

• All sales are final once production begins.

• If a cancellation is requested before production has started (within 12 hours of payment), a full refund may be granted at our discretion.

⚖️ Liability & Hold Harmless

By commissioning a logo animation from Mariposa Marketing, LLC, the client agrees to the following:

• Mariposa Marketing, LLC shall be held harmless from any and all claims, losses, or perceived negative outcomes (financial, reputational, or otherwise) resulting from the use, misuse, or interpretation of the animated logo.

• The client assumes full responsibility for reviewing and approving final deliverables prior to public use or publication.

• Mariposa Marketing, LLC is not liable for errors or omissions in final files once approved by the client.
