🎬 Video Production Terms & Conditions

At Mariposa Marketing, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality video content that aligns with your goals and resonates with your audience. Please review the following standard terms, which apply to all video services provided:

✅ Included Revisions

Each video includes 2 complimentary rounds of revisions, which may include adjustments to:

• Text animations or on-screen copy

• Visual pacing and transitions

• Logo placement

• Minor edits to timing or script phrasing

⚠️ Major Revisions

Significant changes — such as full script rewrites, replacement of visuals or voiceovers, or a complete change in concept — fall outside the standard revision scope and may be subject to additional charges. Pricing will be provided upon request based on complexity.

🔁 Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond the included two will be quoted individually, starting at $25 per round depending on scope and turnaround requirements.

❌ Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the creative and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once production has begun.

• If a cancellation is requested within 12 hours of payment and before production begins, a full refund may be issued.

• Once scriptwriting or asset sourcing has started, refund eligibility is void.

⚖️ Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

By purchasing video services from Mariposa Marketing, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All video content is produced in good faith based on the information, branding, and intent provided by the client.

• Mariposa Marketing, LLC shall be held harmless for any errors, omissions, or perceived negative business outcomes (including sales, engagement, or brand impact) resulting from the use or distribution of the final video product.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables prior to public use or publication.
